Wealth management is a $545 billion industry that still runs on manual work. 75% of advisors offer no digital communication beyond email, and most still build financial plans by hand in Excel. Savvy is reinventing what it looks like to be a financial advisor. Founder Ritik Malhotra saw the fragmentation firsthand after seeking out his own advisor, and started Savvy to give independent advisors a modern, AI-native home.
Savvy is a registered investment advisor (RIA), and we partner with experienced financial advisors who want to grow without running the back office themselves. Advisors bring their book and join Savvy, running under their own brand (or ours), and Savvy earns a percentage of the assets they manage. In return, they get a true business-in-a-box: a proprietary tech platform and client portal, an in-house marketing team that helps them grow, a world-class investment management team, and a dedicated client services team that runs day-to-day operations and support. Advisors at Savvy service up to 50% more households and save 19 hours a week.
AI runs through everything we do. On the product side, Savvy Intelligence (released April 2026) is the only AI built for wealth managers that can see a client's complete financial picture. Internally, everyone at Savvy uses Claude and is encouraged to experiment with it, backed by a dedicated AI enablement team and a RevOps org building agents in-house.
The trajectory is steep and it's still early. We're a Series C company with 170+ people, $200M raised, and $100M ARR in sight this year. Inc. ranked us the No. 1 fastest-growing financial services company in America in 2026. Come build the next stage with us!

A Note from your Future Manager
Hi! I’m Lauren & I lead Talent at Savvy. I’m hiring someone to join my team and wanted to share a little about what I’m looking for and what you can expect from us.
I’m looking for someone who’s motivated to keep getting better, curious enough to ask one more question, and resourceful enough to try a different approach when something isn’t working. We celebrate wins big & small, and recognizing each other’s work is part of our DNA.
You’ll work alongside incredibly talented people who are generous with what they know, open to new ideas, and excited to help each other succeed.
My hope is that you’ll look back on this role and be proud of the people you hired, how much you learned, and what we all built together.
If that sounds like the kind of team you want to be part of, I’d love to meet you.
The Role:
We’re hiring a Senior Talent Partner to help build teams across Savvy. You’ll own searches from intake through close starting with GTM, Operations, and G&A with room to expand into other parts of the business as we grow.
You’ll learn what makes each team successful, develop a perspective on the talent market, and help our leaders make thoughtful hiring decisions. You’ll also have room to experiment, build with AI, and improve how we recruit. We’re looking for someone who’s excited by that mix of ownership, learning, and building.
Responsibilities:
Own Your Searches
Lead full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer and close, keeping searches organized and moving.
Partner with hiring managers to define what great looks like, calibrate early, and set realistic expectations around timing, compensation, and the market.
Run thoughtful screens that assess experience, skills, and motivation, and give hiring teams clear, specific recommendations.
Manage interview loops, keep feedback timely, and give candidates an honest understanding of the role and where they stand.
Understand what matters to each candidate and guide offer and closing conversations.
Find Great People
Build targeted outbound pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, research, and your own growing network.
Get creative about where you look and how you identify strong talent, especially when the obvious approach isn’t working.
Write personalized outreach that gives someone a real reason to respond.
Stay connected with strong candidates beyond a single opening and build relationships we can return to as Savvy grows.
Bring a Point of View
Learn how our teams operate, what they’re trying to accomplish, and how each hire contributes.
Turn market research and candidate conversations into useful advice for hiring managers.
Speak up when scope, level, compensation, or the interview process is getting in the way of a successful search, and recommend a path forward.
Make Us Better
Use Claude and other AI tools in your daily work to research, source, and improve recruiting workflows. Share what works with the team.
Use pipeline data to understand what’s working, spot bottlenecks, and adjust your approach.
Keep Ashby accurate and up to date so the team can trust the pipeline and reporting.
Contribute to projects across referrals, employer branding, tooling, structured interviewing, and candidate experience.
Must Have:
Recruiting experience whether at an agency, a VC firm’s talent team, or in-house. We’re open to different paths and would love to meet someone making their first move into an internal recruiting role.
Experience owning searches or significant parts of the recruiting process, with an eagerness to take on full-cycle responsibility.
A strong sourcing foundation. You know how to research a market, find great people, and build relationships through thoughtful outreach.
The curiosity to learn unfamiliar roles and understand what makes someone successful in them. You don’t need to have recruited for every function we support.
The ability to understand candidates’ motivations, build trust, and help them navigate career decisions.
Clear, thoughtful communication with candidates, hiring partners, and teammates.
Strong follow-through and organization. You keep people informed, details accurate, and searches moving.
Good judgment about when to take initiative, ask for help, or flag a problem.
Resourcefulness and excitement about using AI to improve how you work, wherever you are in learning to use it.
