The Opportunity
Are you a strategic and hands-on team leader with expertise in Order-to-Cash, Master Data Management and KPI reporting? Do you enjoy building strong teams and collaborating with stakeholders across international markets?
At Ascensia Diabetes Care, we are looking for a Senior Team Lead, Customer Order Services & Master Data Management EU to lead and develop our European Customer Order Services and Master Data Management teams, with the majority of the team members based in Warsaw.
In this role, you will drive operational excellence, team performance, data quality, and continuous improvement initiatives while partnering closely with the Global Head of Supply Chain Operations to deliver strategic priorities and enhance customer experience across Europe.

Total Rewards:
The gross monthly base salary range for this position is 16,000 -21,000 PLN. In addition, employees may be eligible for an annual performance-based bonus of up to 18% of annual gross base salary, in accordance with the Company’s bonus policy. Compensation within the range will be determined based on objective criteria such as relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
