As a Senior Technical Account Manager - Europe, you will drive growth across Germany and selected European markets by combining technical expertise with commercial insight. Based in Son en Breugel, Netherlands, you will build strong customer relationships, identify new opportunities, and deliver innovative industrial solutions that help customers improve operational performance.

As a Senior Technical Account Manager - Europe, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships across assigned European territories, serving as a trusted technical partner and primary point of contact.
• Providing technical consultation and solution recommendations to customers operating within Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Data Centres, Refining, Chemical Processing, and other industrial sectors.
• Identifying customer needs and translating operational challenges into practical technical solutions that deliver measurable value.
• Supporting commercial activities through technical presentations, proposals, solution discussions, and customer demonstrations.
• Collaborating closely with Engineering, Operations, Product Management, and Commercial teams to ensure successful delivery of customer solutions.
• Monitoring market trends, customer activity, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities and strengthen market presence.
• Driving account development activities across the region while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
• Travelling extensively throughout Europe to support customers, projects, and business growth initiatives.

 

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline from an accredited university or college.
• Demonstrate experience within Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Data Centres, Refining, Chemical Processing, or similar industrial environments.
• Possess a strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex engineering solutions.
• Have experience in customer-facing positions such as Technical Account Management, Applications Engineering, Field Engineering, Service Engineering, or Technical Sales Engineering.
• Demonstrate excellent relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Be comfortable working independently whilst collaborating effectively within a global matrix organisation.
• Be willing and able to travel extensively across Germany and other European countries.
• Demonstrate fluency in English, with additional European language skills considered advantageous.
