The ideal candidate brings deep program management expertise, strong technical fluency, and a proven ability to operate in ambiguity while influencing both engineering teams and executive leadership.

Proactively identify and resolve cross-team dependencies, ensuring accountability, alignment, and efficient decision-making across business units.
Translate complex technical concepts and trade-offs into clear business impacts and recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
Anticipate, surface, and mitigate risks, escalating when needed while driving solutions independently and decisively.
Define, track, and communicate key program metrics to measure progress, velocity, quality, and outcomes.
Provide clear, executive-ready communication and reporting to senior and C-level stakeholders.
Roll up your sleeves when necessary—diving into technical details, clarifying requirements, and removing blockers to maintain momentum.
What You Will Need
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
8+ years of experience in program or project management, including at least 4 years in a dedicated Technical Program Manager role.
Strong technical background with the ability to understand system architecture, data flows, integration patterns, and engineering trade-offs.
Proven track record delivering large, cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Demonstrated experience working closely with software engineering and product teams; familiarity with SDLC, Agile methodologies, and modern collaboration/tooling.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive alignment at all levels of the organization, including executives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort using data and metrics to inform decisions and prioritize work.

Ability to present to executive audiences with clarity and confidence, tailoring the depth of technical detail to the audience.
Exposure to AI/ML or enterprise data initiatives is preferred.
