What you will do:

• Prepare commercial and technical quotations for spare parts, duplicate pumps, and maintenance solutions.

• Analyze customer specifications and technical requirements to develop competitive proposals.

• Request and evaluate quotations from suppliers, manufacturers, and other Sulzer entities.

• Create, manage, and maintain quotations in SAP and other internal systems.

• Coordinate with Procurement, Sales, Operations, Engineering, and other key stakeholders.

• Review technical configurations and ensure quotation accuracy and completeness.

• Support sales teams and customers throughout the quotation and proposal process.

• Review and validate incoming orders before handover to the execution teams.

• Support forecasting activities and quotation-related reporting.

• Contribute to SAP Hana implementation and process improvement initiatives.

• Collaborate with colleagues across multiple countries and business units to deliver excellent customer service.

What you need to succeed:

Required:

• Experience in tendering, proposal engineering, industrial quotations, technical sales, inside sales, or a similar technical-commercial role.

• Professional proficiency in English.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational capabilities.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with cross-functional stakeholders.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Willingness to travel to Burgos during the onboarding period and travel as required by the role.

Preferred:

• Engineering degree or technical education.

• Experience in industrial manufacturing, engineering, construction, chemical industries, or related sectors.

• SAP experience.

• Salesforce knowledge.

• Familiarity with industrial equipment and technical products.

• Experience with cost analysis, pricing, and margin evaluation.

• Project management experience within a commercial or technical environment.
