- Synthesize complex findings into clear, actionable insights and recommendations that can directly influence product and business decisions.
- Communicate research outcomes through compelling storytelling and present findings to product teams and leadership to build alignment and drive action.
- Define and track the impact of research on product and business outcomes.
- Mentor fellow researchers and contribute to raising research quality and standards across the team.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of applied UX or user research experience, with strong expertise across both generative and evaluative research methods.
- Experience owning research for a product area independently and driving projects from initial questions through actionable recommendations.
- Strong command of multiple qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
- SaaS and/or e-commerce research experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize research into clear, actionable insights that inform product decisions, supported by a portfolio or relevant work samples.
- Strong storytelling, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience mentoring researchers and contributing to the development of research practices and standards.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Cognitive Science, Design, a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfortable working autonomously within a remote-first, internationally distributed team.
- Strong ability to collaborate across time zones and work outside regular business hours approximately 2–3 times per week when needed.
- Mandarin proficiency is strongly preferred.
Benefits:
