With deep experience in partnering with two leading brands in the luxury travel space – Kensington Tours and Travel Edge – TripArc has real insight into the needs of tour operators and travel agencies today.
TripArc’s goals are simple. To make our network of over 1400 travel entities more profitable, efficient and help them create truly unique travel for their clients.
TripArc is seeking a Senior UX Designer to help shape the future of our B2B travel platforms. Our products power the day-to-day work of Destination Experts, Travel Advisors, and global DMC partners, supporting everything from itinerary creation and pricing logic to booking management, operational workflows, and more. We work AI-first: designers prototype with Claude and Figma Make, and engineers build with AI-assisted development. You will join the Quote to Pay domain, where building and editing trips is the core of the product and AI is becoming part of the experience as well as the process.
This is a high-impact, end-to-end product design role focused on solving complex, real-world problems in a domain where usability, speed, and clarity directly affect revenue, efficiency, and customer experience. You'll own a product area, partner closely with Product and Engineering, and help evolve platforms used daily by professional travel sellers.
This role is ideal for a senior designer who enjoys ambiguity, systems-level thinking, and designing for expert users, not just consumers. If you are passionate about solving real problems, delivering valuable solutions, and eager to learn new technologies, this is the opportunity for you.
You will design how advisors price a trip, take deposits and payments, pay suppliers, and invoice their clients. These screens handle real money, so accuracy and trust matter as much as speed.
