- Facilitate Kaizen, Lean, and continuous improvement workshops to accelerate value stream optimization and embed sustainable operating rhythms.
- Translate stakeholder and market requirements into practical, value-based decisions at system/module level, including configurability, reuse, make/buy, and fulfillment strategy.
- Support organizational goals by balancing performance, quality, capacity, safety, and cost to deliver the highest total value for the business and customers.

- Experience managing portfolio budgets, CAPEX/OPEX initiatives, and strategic productivity roadmaps.
- Track record of delivering measurable impact in cost optimization, cycle-time reduction, service margin expansion, and quality improvement.
- Experience building executive KPI dashboards and portfolio reporting using tools such as Tableau, Smartsheet, Minitab, or similar platforms.
- Lean Six Sigma, FMEA, Kaizen, or operational excellence certification/experience.
- Experience operating effectively in a global matrix environment and influencing senior stakeholders across regions and functions.
- German language capability is a plus.
