Artemetrx is PSG’s healthcare analytics, technology, and advisory business, helping healthcare organizations transform complex healthcare data into actionable insights, strategic decisions, and measurable outcomes.
The business combines a sophisticated healthcare analytics platform with deep domain expertise to deliver technology-enabled solutions supported by experienced healthcare consultants, pharmacists, clinicians, and analytics professionals.
Artemetrx serves health plans, employers, labor organizations, government entities, consultants, and other healthcare stakeholders seeking to improve healthcare affordability, optimize pharmacy benefit performance, strengthen oversight, and achieve better health outcomes.
PSG is seeking an accomplished executive to lead Artemetrx through its next phase of growth and evolution.
Artemetrx is a successful and established business with a strong reputation, proven capabilities, loyal clients, and differentiated solutions. PSG believes there is significant untapped opportunity to further scale the business through continued investment in product innovation, commercialization, operational maturity, and market expansion.
The SVP & General Manager will build upon a strong foundation while shaping the future vision, strategy, and growth trajectory of the business. This role is ideal for a leader energized by scaling organizations, building high-performing teams, developing innovative market solutions, and creating long-term enterprise value.
Unlike many standalone healthcare technology companies, Artemetrx benefits from being part of the broader PSG and EPIC ecosystem. This creates a meaningful platform for accelerated growth, differentiated client value, and expanded market reach.
The SVP & General Manager will have full responsibility for the strategic direction, growth, financial performance, and overall success of Artemetrx.
The role requires a leader who can balance strategic vision with operational execution while driving growth across technology, analytics, and advisory services. The successful candidate will serve as the primary business leader for Artemetrx and a key contributor to PSG’s broader growth and innovation strategy.
Success in this role will be measured by the ability to elevate Artemetrx from a successful healthcare analytics and advisory business into a scaled, market-leading healthcare technology and insights platform.
The successful candidate will accelerate growth, strengthen market position, expand product capabilities, enhance operational scalability, develop future leaders, and maximize the strategic value of Artemetrx within the broader PSG and EPIC ecosystem.
The base salary range for this position is $275,000 – $325,000. This range represents the employer’s good faith estimate of the compensation for this role at the time of posting.
Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, training, certifications, education, internal equity, and market data. This role may also be eligible for bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
