Onsite
CHEP helps move more goods to more people, in more places than any other organization on earth via our 347 million pallets, crates and containers. We employ approximately 13,000 people and operate in 60 countries. Through our pioneering and sustainable share-and-reuse business model, the world’s biggest brands trust us to help them transport their goods more efficiently, safely and with less environmental impact.
What does that mean for you? You’ll join an international organization big enough to take you anywhere, and small enough to get you there sooner. You’ll help change how goods get to market and contribute to global sustainability. You’ll be empowered to bring your authentic self to work and be surrounded by diverse and driven professionals. And you can maximize your work-life balance and flexibility through our Hybrid Work Model.
Make Your Impact with CHEP
At CHEP, we help move more goods to more people, in more places than any other organisation on the planet. As part of the Brambles group, we're creating smarter and more sustainable supply chains through our circular business model.
We're expanding our Townsville Service Centre and launching a brand-new afternoon shift. This is a rare opportunity to help build a team, shape the culture and establish the standards that will support the site's next phase of growth. Rather than inheriting the status quo, you'll help create it.
Why Join CHEP?
The Opportunity
As our Afternoon Shift Supervisor, you'll lead a frontline production team while helping establish a new shift operation at our Townsville site.
You'll spend your time where great leaders make the biggest impact, on the floor coaching, developing and supporting your team. Working alongside an experienced Site Manager, you'll play a key role in building a high-performing culture, developing future leaders and driving safe, efficient operations.
What You'll Do
