About The Role
As the Service Engineering Specialist for Food Preparation products, you act as the primary technical escalation point for all product, quality, and safety issues across the Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) market. You provide expert technical guidance, develop high-quality documentation, and support the business in resolving complex field issues.

You will ensure that service solutions are practical, cost-effective, and clearly communicated to the field to minimise warranty costs and improve customer outcomes.
You also support the readiness of new product launches by ensuring technical documentation and spare parts availability and contribute to the development and delivery of technical training where required.
