• Schedule, track, and document all required technician training, including technical certifications, OEM courses, and safety compliance requirements (OSHA, NFPA, EVSE‑specific training, etc.)
• Provide on‑site supervision and perform hands‑on field work when needed to support job completion, troubleshoot issues, and uphold quality control standards
• Manage the technician service‑truck fleet, ensuring 100% DOT compliance, proper maintenance, accurate mileage logs, and readiness for field deployment
• Enter and maintain ADP time entries in the Excel Technician Timesheet Tracker. Validate hours, job codes, and documentation to ensure accurate labor reporting and operational transparency
• Review and approve technician work orders and ADP payroll to support timely, accurate payroll processing and proper job‑cost allocation
• Approve technician RAMP card transactions, ensuring receipts, documentation, and cost controls are followed in alignment with purchasing guidelines
