Service Plumber 1

Armstrong HVAC–Pennsylvania, Inc. owns and operates Armstrong Comfort Solutions and Matt Mertz Plumbing.

Who We Are
Since 2018, Armstrong Comfort Solutions has been rapidly growing in Allegheny and Butler County. Our routine 5-Star Google Reviews and Facebook Ratings from our customers speak for themselves. You’ve seen our trucks on the roads. You know our ads. But what you haven’t yet experienced is what it’s like to be part of our team. A team that is locally owned by a single family, not owned by an investment banking corporation in another state. People often come to us looking for a job and end up staying because they find a fulfilling career. We call it our “Employee Experience.”

Who You Are
In addition to the requirements below, we are looking for a reliable and motivated Service Plumber who is dedicated to providing effective, high-quality solutions for our customers. You are a self-starter with at least two years of hands-on residential plumbing experience. You’re licensed as an apprentice plumber and actively working toward journeyman status—or already have it. You take pride in your workmanship, communicate clearly, and work well independently or as part of a team.
