ServiceNow Developer with focus on AI features
We are looking for a ServiceNow AI Modules Developer to design, develop, and implement advanced AI-driven solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
This role focuses on leveraging ServiceNow AI capabilities (e.g., Now Assist, AI Agents, AI Search, predictive intelligence, generative AI, Self-Service) to enhance automation, user experience, and operational efficiency across ITSM and other modules.
You will work closely with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and AI-enhanced enterprise solutions.
Develop AI-driven solutions in ServiceNow, including:
Now Assist (Generative AI use cases)
AI Agents / Virtual Agent capabilities
AI Search & knowledge-driven automation
Predictive Intelligence and analytics
Design and implement AI-powered workflows and automation using:
Flow Designer (including GenAI capabilities)
Script Includes, Business Rules, APIs
Agentic workflows and orchestration
Build and optimize:
Conversational interfaces (Virtual Agent, chat summarization)
AI-based ticket classification, routing, and summarization
Knowledge automation and recommendations
Collaborate with:
Architects on AI architecture and governance
Product Owners on use cases and backlog prioritization
Platform teams to ensure scalability and performance
Participate in:
Code reviews
Solution design
Continuous improvement and innovation initiatives
You will also:
Integrate AI modules and external AI services (e.g., Azure OpenAI, external connectors) into ServiceNow ecosystem
Ensure AI governance, security, and compliance (data privacy, domain separation, access control)
Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow development (3+ years recommended):
JavaScript (server-side scripting)
Script Includes, Business Rules, Flow Designer
REST/SOAP APIs
Hands on experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities, such as: Now Assist, AI Search, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence / ML models
Understanding of: AI/ML concepts (basic to advanced depending on seniority), Generative AI use cases in enterprise platforms and Data structures (CMDB, Knowledge, ticket data)
Experience with integrations: REST APIs, OAuth, IntegrationHub / event-driven integrations
Strong analytical thinking and ability to design scalable solutions
Fluent English (international collaboration)
