Role
We are seeking a Senior Associate – ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), and Security Operations (SecOps). The role focuses on designing, developing, and enhancing risk, compliance, third-party, and security workflows on the ServiceNow platform in alignment with enterprise governance and regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities
Configure and manage TPRM lifecycle workflows including vendor onboarding, risk assessments, due diligence, and ongoing monitoring.
Enable traceability across risks, controls, issues, and remediation actions to support regulatory and audit requirements.
Configure dashboards and reports to provide actionable risk and third-party exposure insights.
SecOps
Responsibilities
Integrate ServiceNow SecOps with external security tools using REST APIs and MID Servers.
Automate security workflows to improve incident triage, prioritization, remediation tracking, and SLA management.
Ensure security findings are appropriately linked to enterprise risk and third-party risk processes.
Collaboration & Delivery
Work with architects, product owners, testers, and DevOps teams in Agile or hybrid delivery models.
Governance & Quality
Ensure solutions align with enterprise risk frameworks, internal controls, and audit expectations.
Embed access controls, segregation of duties, audit logging, and data quality controls into ServiceNow solutions.
Continuously identify opportunities to standardize, automate, and optimize risk and security workflows.
Required
Qualifications
5+ years of ServiceNow development experience with hands-on expertise in IRM, TPRM, and/or SecOps.
Strong understanding of risk management, third-party risk, compliance, and cybersecurity operations.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, IRM, or SecOps.
Experience supporting operational resilience, regulatory compliance, or audit programs.
Experience working in financial services or other regulated environments.
