Onsite
Last Energy is a pioneering US technology company focused on fleet-wide deployment and operation of next-generation nuclear assets. We are revolutionizing nuclear power delivery for rapid deployment and scalability.
We are seeking full-time Site Administrator at our facility in Bryan, TX. This person keeps the site organized, efficient, and accountable to standards. The work covers three areas: tracking the commitments our team makes, confirming they get done, and running the logistics, records, and facility readiness that let licensed staff focus on licensed work. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role well suited to someone who takes pride in keeping things running behind the scenes at a first-of-its-kind nuclear facility.
Much of the work runs on a steady cadence of recurring checks, records, and follow-ups. The rest arrives without notice: a delivery at the gate, a vendor visit, a priority that changes by noon. You keep both moving without losing track of either.
The Site Administrator will be the operational backbone of the RELLIS campus, and knows how and when to speak up. When a checklist goes unfinished or a commitment slips, the Site Administrator raises it directly with whoever owns it, plant management included, and brings the fix. Success shows up in a spot check. For any requirement the site has set for itself, the evidence that it was met is current, complete, and easy to find.
Track site requirements and recurring commitments, confirm completion on schedule, and follow up directly when items fall behind.
Keep QSHE (quality, safety, health, and environmental) training records, safety files, and compliance documentation complete, current, and audit-ready.
Conduct regular site walks to identify safety, housekeeping, supply, or maintenance issues, then resolve or escalate them.
Log facility work orders, track open items, and hold responsible teams to completion.
Own receiving and site inventory: verify incoming shipments, keep supplies and equipment accounted for, and flag shortages before they slow work.
Coordinate deliveries, vendor visits, and site access with security and plant management.
Maintain digital and physical records in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) so documentation stays organized and accessible.
Take administrative load off plant management and senior reactor operators (SROs) so they can focus on licensed and safety-critical work.
2-5 years of experience in an administrative role supporting facilities or site operations teams.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) for records management and routine documentation.
Comfort with receiving and material handling, including verifying packing slips, organizing inventory, and safely moving packages and supplies.
Confidence raising issues with colleagues and leadership, directly and respectfully, and following them through to resolution.
Proactive and self-directed. You notice what is missing and act on it without waiting to be asked.
Strong attention to detail and follow-through. Nothing falls through the cracks.
Composure under pressure and the ability to reprioritize when competing needs arise at the same time.
Comfort working in an active industrial or construction-phase facility environment.
Preferred
Exposure to safety record-keeping, QSHE documentation, document control, or compliance files.
Experience with receiving, inventory logging, or shipping logistics.
