This position will be based at our Corporate Headquarters located in Charlotte, NC.
About the Role:
The Site Reliability Engineer plays a critical role in designing, building, and maintaining scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure that supports mission-critical business applications and digital experiences. This role combines infrastructure engineering, cloud operations, automation, and reliability best practices to ensure optimal platform performance and resilience.
Working closely with IT, eCommerce, Marketing, and Product teams, you will drive infrastructure strategy, support high-traffic customer-facing platforms, and improve operational excellence through automation, monitoring, and continuous improvement. Success in this role requires strong cloud and DevOps expertise, a proactive problem-solving mindset, and the ability to influence technical decisions across a complex technology landscape.
