About this role

You'll partner closely with Social, Brand, Content, Learner Support, PR/Comms, and external agency partners to ensure Coursera shows up with a timely, thoughtful, and learner-centered voice. You'll also identify learners with compelling stories, build a pipeline for follow-up, and help translate community conversations into content opportunities, testimonials, and strategic insights.
