Purpose Brands, the parent company of Orangetheory, Anytime Fitness, Waxing the City, and The Bar Method, is seeking a Social Media Manager to join its Waxing the City team. This is a great position for someone who is looking to expand their career, and join a company with a fun, fast-paced and inspirational culture.

As the Social Media Manager for Waxing The City, you will be the driving force behind Waxing The City’s organic social media presence. You’ll partner closely with the Director of Social Media as the right hand in bringing our brand into a new era—one that doesn’t look or sound like every other beauty brand, but stands out in the crowded beauty and self-care space.

You’ll lead the creative strategy and day-to-day execution across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook, while helping us expand into YouTube, developing content that breaks through, sparks community, and builds cultural relevance. You’ll balance creative instincts with analytical rigor, translating performance data into actionable insights and next-level ideas.

This role calls for a builder: someone who thrives on experimenting, creating, and pushing boundaries while keeping our content rooted in the values of confidence, self-expression, and a nonjudgmental community.
