**What you’ll build**
* End-to-end product features across the stack for bid analysis, estimation, and procurement AI systems grounded in real construction inputs: documents, specs, standards, and edge cases
* Evaluation + reliability tooling: measure quality, reduce failures, improve repeatability
* Performance + observability: build systems that stay fast and trustworthy as usage scales Integrations and “forward-deployed” problem solving: make it work in the customer’s reality
**How we evaluate**
* Show us what you’ve built (repos, demos, side projects, shipped products)
* Strong product sense: you reason from user pain → solution → measurable outcome
* You move fast and you care about craft
