Job Description:
This Software Engineer supports Technology Teams within Enterprise Data Enablement, delivering the People Data Delivery product, f.k.a. Integrated Data Foundations (IDF), to power enterprise-level, aggregated data products and real-time insights across Southwest. This role designs, develops, tests, and implements well-integrated application systems aligned with Customer requirements and organizational standards. As part of a collaborative, forward-thinking Team, this role works at the intersection of software and data engineering, cloud technologies, and business strategy to solve complex problems. Their impact is seen in scalable data solutions, stronger enterprise decision-making, and reliable support for production systems and evolving business needs.
Additional Details
This DFW-based role is offered as a remote workplace position, which may require travel for trainings, meetings, conferences, etc. Outside of those required visits, the majority of your working time may be spent in an approved remote location within the DFW area.

Pay & Benefits
Competitive market salary from $114,200 - $126,900 per year* depending on qualifications and experience, with opportunity for future pay increases based on performance and market movement. For eligible leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities are available and awarded at the discretion of the company.
