As an Experienced Software Engineer at Datatonic, you will architect the interface between humans and AI. We don’t just build web apps; we build production-grade GenAI solutions that turn complex data into actionable insights on Google Cloud. You will own the journey from "vague business requirement" to a scalable, secure, and intuitive application.
End-to-End AI Apps: Design, develop, and deploy full-stack applications that integrate LLMs and AI capabilities into seamless user experiences.
Architecture & Design: Create High-Level Designs (HLD) and data flow diagrams, choosing the right Google Cloud services to ensure performance and scalability.
Engineering Excellence: Build production-grade, well-tested software. You’ll own the application lifecycle, from CI/CD automation to monitoring and security.
Consultative Delivery: Act as a technical partner for our clients, translating ambiguous needs into technical roadmaps and identifying the best frameworks for the job.
Collaborative Impact: Work alongside Data Scientists, ML Engineers, DevOps, Data/Analytics Engineers to bridge the gap between model outputs and front-end reality.
The Experience: 3+ years in software engineering roles, with a track record of delivering production-ready code.
The Stack:
Frontend: Experience in modern frameworks (React, Svelte/SvelteKit, or Angular) and UI/UX principles.
Backend: Proficiency in Python (FastAPI/Flask) or Node.js, with experience in REST/GraphQL and microservices.
Data: Strong database design skills (SQL & NoSQL) and cloud-native scaling.
Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with the GCP ecosystem (Cloud Run, GKE, Firebase) and a commitment to secure coding practices (OAuth, OIDC, OWASP).
The Mindset: A "T-Shaped" engineer who can navigate technical debt, mentor peers, and communicate complex trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
Google Cloud’s 10x Partner of the Year: Work at the forefront of AI innovation.
Growth-First Culture: Dedicated learning budgets, "Tasty Tuesday" tech talks, and a clear path toward Senior and Principal leadership.
Meaningful Work: Lead projects that solve real-world problems for global brands using the latest in GenAI.
We believe in clear paths for progression. In this role, we focus on sharpening your architectural "muscles" and consultative skills, providing a direct pathway toward Senior and Lead positions where you will begin leading entire project workstreams and mentoring the next generation of engineers.
The Tech: We are Google Cloud’s 10x Partner of the Year; you’ll work with the best tools and most innovative AI services in the business.
The Impact: Your work directly enables businesses to interact with AI in meaningful ways.
The Culture: A high-growth, collaborative environment with dedicated learning budgets and a focus on technical excellence.
Flexibility: A hybrid working model (2–3 days in the office) to balance focus and collaboration.
Wellbeing: Supplementary health insurance and 50% covered MultiSport membership.
Holiday: 27 days of vacation.
