Why it’s a big deal…
This is one of those critical roles in the team where the resource will be involved in both development & deployment operations and work individually, solving multiple challenges, and learning new technologies & programming languages in the market by gaining the required certifications. This role suits an individual who is passionate about owning & solving challenges in DevOps by coordinating with multiple teams, processes, products, etc.
Are you the person we’re looking for?
Engineering and Architecture. You should have 2-5 years of experience in the DevOps field and good hands-on experience in AWS/ Azure Cloud. Work closely with these teams to develop systems that focus on scalability, high performance, and security. Build end-to-end documentation to ensure visibility, and resiliency throughout the system.

We utilize Jenkins to automate the creation of Docker images and deploy them into Kubernetes in a fully automated approach.
Education. A bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Here’s what will give you an edge…
Certifications. Cloud certification in AWS/Azure/Kubernetes would be an added advantage.
Confident and deliberate communicator. You have a point of view and you’re completely comfortable defending it to any person or group, regardless of level or status. It’s confidence that comes from experience. And that’s not to say you aren’t open to different views; but, when you feel strongly about a particular matter, you don’t give up easily. You’re at ease with lively debate, in fact, you welcome it. Your points are clear and concise. And you’re equally as respected for your knowledge and expertise as for your style and approach.
Tools and technology experience. You have worked with AWS/Azure cloud technologies and have been exposed to cloud architecture and design patterns. You also have experience working with NoSQL DB’s and Elastic search.
