**What we’re building**\
[**Respan**](https://www.respan.ai/) is building the self-driving observability and evals platform for AI teams, used by 60+ YC companies and hundreds of AI teams.
**The role**
You will work on everything from the backend tracing pipeline and eval framework to the React dashboard that thousands of AI teams use daily. We are a small team, so you will own features end-to-end. This role is for someone who is comfortable jumping between Python and TypeScript, cares about both system design and user experience, and wants to ship things that matter every week.
**What you’ll do:**
* Build and ship product features across the full stack (React, Next.js, Python, PostgreSQL)
* Design and implement APIs, data pipelines, and real-time systems
* Collaborate directly with founders and customers to scope and prioritize work
* Own features from design through deployment and iteration
* Contribute to infrastructure decisions and system architecture
**What you must have:**
* Strong experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js or Python
* Comfortable building and deploying production web applications
* Ability to move fast and ship iteratively in an early-stage environment
**Strong plus:**
* Experience with data-intensive applications or observability tools
* Familiarity with PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, or similar databases
* Background in developer tools or B2B SaaS
* Good instincts for product and user experience
