This opportunity offers a remote working environment that encourages technical excellence, knowledge sharing, and continuous professional development. If you enjoy solving complex engineering challenges and delivering high-quality software through collaborative development, this role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
Design, develop, and maintain software solutions using Java 17 or later, Spring Boot, Spring Data, and PL/SQL, ensuring code quality, performance, and maintainability.
Develop and enhance front-end applications using React, collaborating with other engineers to deliver intuitive and seamless user experiences.
Build and maintain backend services, microservices, and distributed applications that support scalability, reliability, and efficient system integration.
Design, implement, and integrate RESTful APIs while applying service-oriented architecture (SOA) principles to create maintainable and interoperable solutions.
Work with relational and non-relational databases, particularly Oracle and MongoDB, to develop efficient queries, manage data, and support application requirements.
Implement and maintain messaging and event-driven integration solutions using Apache Kafka.
Use Git for source control, version management, and collaborative development workflows, following established engineering standards.
Participate in code reviews, functional testing, and technical validation to identify defects, improve code quality, and ensure reliable releases.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical solutions, troubleshoot complex issues, and identify opportunities to improve development processes.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, secure coding practices, and the adoption of modern software engineering methodologies.
Strong hands-on experience developing applications with Java 17 or later and a solid understanding of the Spring ecosystem, including Spring Boot and Spring Data.
Advanced knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL, including practical experience writing and optimizing database queries.
Professional experience developing front-end applications with React, including familiarity with micro-frontend architectures and Backend for Frontend (BFF) patterns.
Experience designing, building, and maintaining microservices and distributed applications.
Proven experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs and implementing system integration solutions.
Understanding of service-oriented architecture (SOA) principles and practical experience implementing service-based solutions.
Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases, particularly Oracle and MongoDB.
Hands-on experience with messaging technologies, especially Apache Kafka.
Proficiency with Git and collaborative version control practices.
