Qualifications:
* 3+ years of professional software engineering experience
* 3+ years of deep Python expertise with strong fundamentals
* Proficiency with Docker and containerization
* Experience building applications with React
* Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, particularly GitHub Actions
* Genuine passion for open source software and active community engagement
* Demonstrated track record through open source contributions, competitive programming, or compelling side projects
