Put your love for smart tech to use
The Group Chief Operating Office is what makes us who we are. It’s one of the largest parts of Lloyds Banking Group, bringing together the technology, engineering and operations teams that keep the business moving.
Our software engineers sit in platform teams across Group COO, with each platform aligned to a different part of the business. That means they work with teams across commercial markets, pensions, retail banking, mortgages, HR, Finance or Risk – building the services they need to do their best work.
And as a Software Engineer graduate, your work will be anything but behind the scenes. You’ll help design, build and maintain the applications, platforms and digital services that millions of customers and colleagues rely on every day. From mobile banking and cloud infrastructure to AI-enabled solutions, you’ll use your smarts to decide what banking looks like tomorrow.
Two years. Real impact
Throughout this two-year scheme, you’ll do everything a Junior Software Engineer does. And while you build out your technical expertise within a specific team from the outset, your impact will be felt throughout the business.
