About the role
This position will be focusing on ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of software or hardware systems by focusing on non-functional requirements like performance, security, and resilience for Real Time Payments eco system. Key responsibilities include Design and Execute Non-Functional Tests - Develop test plans and scripts to evaluate performance, security, resilience, and other non-functional aspects of the system. Identify and Report Defects: Pinpoint vulnerabilities, bugs, and performance bottlenecks, and document them for development teams to address. Collaborate with Development Teams: Work closely with developers to understand requirements, resolve issues, and ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle. Analyse Test Results: Analyse data from tests to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement in system performance and reliability

• Working in a team non-functional testers with focus on performance Engineering, reliability, Resilience and building monitoring.
• Working in SAFe Teams.
• Gather and review Non-Functional requirements with relevant stakeholders.
• Create release test strategy, plans based on non-functional requirements, risk analysis, driving non-functional testing for release.
• Creating, reviewing performance test case, test scripts and peer review of scripts and test cases.
• Design and execute performance, reliability, resilience tests.
• Identify performance issues and drive tuning activities with relevant technology experts.
• Defect prioritization , drive defect fixing with relevant teams.
• Collaborating with external team for test planning, execution and driving changes.
• Non-Functional test reports creation and walkthrough with stakeholders.
• Support monitoring setup for production.
• Reviewing, prioritizing Non-functional testing activities, tracking deliverables, status reporting.
• Reviewing existing practices and actively driving improvements.
• Incorporating Non-Functional testing activities to CI/CD.
• Non-functional test planning.
• Support in defining and gathering non-Functional requirements.
• Designing and running performance , resilience /reliability tests.
• Test results presentation to stakeholders.
• Capacity planning & Driving application tunings.
• Create stubs for performance testing.
• Bachelor in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 8+ years of experience in the testing discipline.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Non-Functional testing.
• Experience in development an advantage.
• bility to manage & execute Non Functional testing in complex large scale program, accustomed to work with distributed teams.
• Strong Performane testing and engineering experience in LoadRunner , JMeter or other performance testing tools.
• Experience in Banking domain and Payments preferable.
• Experience in working Agile team, knowledgeable in SAFe methodology.
• Experience in CI/CD preferable.
• Demonstrate knowledge in Jira, ALM or Qtest.
• Knowledge of database query tools and ability write and run SQL queries, Analyzing AWR reports.
• Experience with source control, build and deployment tools such as Subversion, Jenkins, Maven, Git etc.
• Familiarity with web services standards and related technologies (XML, SOAP, JSON, etc.)
• Experience working on Linux/Unix and Cloud environment preferable.
• Fluent in English, spoken and written.
