For over 20 years, Smartsheet has empowered teams to manage work seamlessly and scale solutions smarter. Now, in our most ambitious chapter yet, we are uniting human teams with AI agents. By orchestrating the work agents do best, automating manual tasks and uncovering insights at scale, we create the space for people to focus on what truly matters: judgment, creativity, and big thinking. That is magic at work, and it’s what we show up for every day.
As a global leader in Intelligent Work Management with a market cap of $10bn, we’ve continued to scale our engineering presence internationally. Since expanding into Bulgaria in October 2024, we’ve grown to a team of 70+ engineers. As we continue building this operation, we’re looking for talented and motivated Software Engineers who are passionate about continuous learning and excited to grow in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Smartsheet runs on a modern SaaS stack hosted on AWS, with infrastructure defined and managed as code using Terraform and strong engineering best practices. Our core platform includes a legacy Java monolith alongside a growing ecosystem of microservices, primarily built in Java and Go (with a small number of Kotlin services). On the front end, product teams that deliver UI experiences use React.
