About the Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated students to join our Fresh Graduate Internship Program. This program offers outstanding local talents an accelerated career boost while participating in software projects. Interns will gain hands-on experience in industry software development, including coding, automation, and testing. The specific role and responsibilities will depend on the projects assigned and the student’s placement within the team.

Target Audience:

• Fresh graduates graduating or who have graduated in 2025 and 2026

• Undergraduate students looking for internship placement in 2026

Key Responsibilities:

• Coding: Assist in writing, testing, and maintaining code for various software applications

• Automation: Participate in the development and implementation of automation scripts and tools to improve efficiency and productivity

• Testing: Conduct software testing to identify and resolve bugs, ensuring product quality and reliability

• Project-Specific Tasks: Work on tasks specific to the assigned project and role within the team

• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with developers, testers, and project managers to achieve project goals

• Learning and Development: Participate in training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent

• Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Test Life Cycle (STLC)

• Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin

• Familiarity with at least one object-oriented programming language, such as C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, or ReactJS

• Familiarity with development tools such as Microsoft Visual Studio or VS Code
