Exciting opportunity for a Software Project Leader (SPL)!
Salary: Circa £55,000 - £67,000 depending on experience
Dynamic (hybrid) working: We seek to accommodate a blended approach to on-site and remote working. In this role 3 - 4 days per week in the Bristol, Filton office as a minimum is required due to the secure classification of the work requiring secure network access.
Security Clearance: British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship. Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. Security Clearance (SC) is required to be obtained for this role, which is managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.

We are looking for a highly capable and adaptable Software Project Leader at our Bristol site to lead the development of our surface launched defence products, whilst maintaining our enviable reputation for safety, performance and dependability.
You should be passionate about how software fulfils the system software challenge in a complex weapon system. Our software is written in Ada with Rhapsody UML. However, we have found that these tools are readily mastered by capable software engineers and effective training, help and support will be provided if needed.
