Plan and deliver tailored MeridianLink solution demonstrations and presentations that connect product capabilities to the institution's use cases and strategic priorities.
Develop clear business and system process flows that illustrate current-state challenges, future-state workflows, integrations, and operational improvements.

Respond to solution-related RFP/RFI questions, validate requirements, identify gaps or dependencies, and help position MeridianLink's differentiated value.
Maintain current knowledge of MeridianLink solutions, releases, competitive positioning, industry trends, regulatory considerations, credit and fraud risk concepts, and financial-services operating models.
Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders through strong communication, executive presence, consultative questioning, problem solving, and follow-through.
Capture customer feedback and field insights and communicate them internally to support product, enablement, and go-to-market improvement.
Qualifications & Experience

Experience in financial services, fintech, banking, credit unions, lending, account opening, credit decisioning, fraud/risk, or adjacent technology is strongly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to learn complex software products and translate technical capabilities into clear business value.
Strong presentation, facilitation, discovery, written communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to organize multiple opportunities and work effectively across Sales, Product, Professional Services, Customer Success, and technical teams.
Comfort working with data, process metrics, and ROI/value concepts to support consultative customer conversations.
Ability to travel for customer meetings, workshops, demonstrations, and industry events as business needs require.
