Dotfile is building the AI-native Compliance Operating System for financial institutions. Our mission is to make compliance simple, safe and smart, helping financial institutions onboard customers, manage risk and operate globally.
Compliance remains one of the most manual functions in financial services. While most institutions still rely on fragmented tools and human-driven workflows, we believe AI is enabling a fundamental shift toward autonomous compliance. Our ambition is to build Level 5 Compliance: software that can gather evidence, investigate complex situations, assess risk and execute defensible decisions under defined policies.
Dotfile has grown into one of Europe’s fastest-growing compliance technology companies. Today, 100+ financial institutions across 15 countries rely on Dotfile for critical compliance operations, with a rapidly growing presence in the US.
We recently raised our Series A from leading US and European investors and software operators. We’re now entering our next chapter: investing heavily in product and AI, expanding internationally, and building the team that can make Dotfile the global standard for compliance infrastructure.
We are looking for a highly technical and customer-oriented Solutions Consultant to join our growing team.
As a Solutions Consultant, you will sit at the intersection of Sales, Product, Engineering and our customers. You will work with financial institutions to understand complex compliance challenges, design solutions using Dotfile’s platform and AI agents, and turn them into successful production deployments.
You will own the technical customer journey from pre-sales through implementation: leading discovery, designing solution architectures, delivering compelling demonstrations and proofs of concept, and guiding customers through integration and go-live. As Dotfile moves toward increasingly autonomous compliance, you will help customers rethink manual processes, identify opportunities for automation, and deploy our AI capabilities into real-world compliance workflows.
We believe AI should transform not only our product, but also how we work. You will be expected to use AI extensively to work faster, automate repetitive tasks, improve customer delivery, and help us build a more scalable Solutions Consulting organization.
You will report directly to the Director of Solutions Consulting.
Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales process, partnering with Sales to understand customer challenges and design solutions that address them
Lead technical discovery with prospects to understand their compliance workflows, technical architecture, data sources and integration requirements
Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations and proofs of concept that show how Dotfile can solve complex, real-world compliance challenges
Architect end-to-end solutions using Dotfile’s platform, APIs, integrations and AI capabilities, and clearly communicate them to both technical and business stakeholders
Own the technical success of customer implementations, from solution design and configuration through integration, testing and go-live
Help customers identify opportunities to automate manual compliance processes and deploy Dotfile’s AI capabilities into production workflows
Partner closely with Product and Engineering, bringing customer insights into product decisions and helping shape what we build next
Use AI extensively in your own work to automate repetitive tasks, accelerate solution design and documentation, and continuously improve how the Solutions Consulting team operates
You have 3+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Solutions Engineering, Customer Engineering, or another technical customer-facing role, ideally in B2B SaaS, fintech or RegTech
You are technically strong and comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, authentication, data flows and modern integration architectures
You can quickly understand complex business processes and translate them into clear technical solutions and automation opportunities
You are equally comfortable discussing architecture with engineers, redesigning workflows with operations teams, and presenting solutions to senior executives
You are excited about AI and already use AI tools extensively in your work. You naturally look for opportunities to automate repetitive work and improve how things are done
You thrive in a fast-moving environment with high standards and strong ownership. You can manage several opportunities and implementations in parallel
Experience in financial services, compliance or RegTech is a plus, but not required
You are fluent in English and French
