Your responsibilities include:
Content
Develop and manage content for allocators, including articles, invitations, video scripts, case studies and email campaigns.
Manage content development from briefing and drafting through review, approval and publication ensuring all materials are consistent and aligned with Innocap’s messaging, tone of voice and brand standards.
Events
Coordinate and support Innocap’s presence at industry events, conferences, sponsorships and proprietary client forums, including event messaging, invitations, agendas, speaker preparation, presentation materials and follow-up communications.
Metrics and measurement
Track, report and share insights on marketing activity, campaign performance and engagement to help improve future planning, execution and impact.
Broader marketing support
Support other marketing activities and team priorities as needed, bringing flexibility and a collaborative approach to emerging initiatives.
PRIMARY QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Significant experience in B2B marketing, typically gained through approximately 7+ years in marketing, communications, content, or related roles.
Experience in financial services, professional services, or another complex B2B environment is an asset.
Demonstrated experience developing content, client communications or campaign materials for sophisticated audiences.
Experience supporting client events, industry conferences, webinars or proprietary forums, including event communications and post-event follow-up.
Ability to understand commercial priorities and partner closely with Business Development, subject-matter experts, and senior stakeholders.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, stakeholders, contributors and approval processes.
Strong attention to detail across copy, formatting, messaging and final delivery.
