About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Account Executive to join the Tricentis Enterprise Sales team supporting Sealights for all of AMS. In this role, you’ll manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise customers and prospects, driving adoption of Tricentis’ testing and automation solutions. You’ll lead complex sales cycles, build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, and consistently deliver accurate forecasting and strong results.
This is an exciting opportunity for a proven enterprise seller who combines strategic thinking, consultative selling, and executional rigor — someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and growth-oriented environment.
What You'll Do
- Act as the AMS commercial specialist for Tricentis Quality Intelligence solutions, including SeaLights.
- Partner with Enterprise Account Executives and account teams to identify, qualify, shape, and advance Quality Intelligence opportunities across strategic enterprise accounts.
- Build and execute an AMS business plan that increases awareness, creates qualified pipeline, and supports revenue growth for the Quality Intelligence portfolio.
- Engage executive and senior technology stakeholders, including CIOs, CTOs, VPs of Engineering, Quality Engineering leaders, DevOps leaders, Application Development leaders, and SAP stakeholders.
- Translate technical capabilities into clear business value, helping customers improve release confidence, reduce software delivery risk, and make better testing decisions.
- Lead discovery, solution positioning, executive value conversations, and commercial strategy for QI opportunities in partnership with the account owner.
- Collaborate with Solution Engineering on demonstrations, technical workshops, evaluations, and proof-of-value engagements.
- Maintain disciplined pipeline visibility and forecasting for the AMS QI business, including opportunity health, next steps, stakeholder alignment, and risks.
- Develop strong internal partnerships across Sales, Pre-Sales, Customer Growth, Marketing, Product, and Alliances to improve execution and customer outcomes.
- Bring market feedback, competitive insight, and customer needs back to internal stakeholders to strengthen positioning and go-to-market execution.
What Success Looks Like
- A clear, executable AMS Quality Intelligence growth plan is in place and aligned with regional sales leadership.
- Enterprise account teams consistently engage the role as the trusted QI specialist for customer strategy and opportunity progression.
- A healthy, measurable pipeline is established for SeaLights and SeaLights for ABAP across priority accounts.
- Opportunities progress through stronger discovery, executive sponsorship, value articulation, and coordination across the buying group.
- The business has reliable visibility into pipeline quality, forecast risk, and actions required to support commercial outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience in SaaS or complex enterprise technology environments.
- Demonstrated success influencing and advancing complex opportunities involving multiple business, technical, and executive stakeholders.
- Experience partnering with account owners or working in a specialist, overlay, solution sales, or matrixed go-to-market model.
- Ability to engage executive and senior technical decision-makers and connect technical capabilities to measurable business outcomes.
- Working knowledge of software development, quality engineering, testing, DevOps, application delivery, or adjacent technology domains.
- Strong consultative selling, communication, business planning, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to operate independently across a broad region while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
