You'll join a team that is scaling as fast as the business it accounts for. We solve problems quickly, learn and improve as we go, and operate with positive intent, flexibility, and patience. This is a hands-on team that runs a monthly close and builds the process at the same time — teamwork and clear communication matter as much as execution. We win together.
About the Role:
The Senior Accountant, JV & VIE Accounting works across CoreWeave's joint ventures, investments and variable interest entities (VIEs). You will own the accounting for an assigned portfolio of JVs and investments, support the monthly close for VIE entities, coordinate with other accounting groups to ensure entries are recorded to the correct entities, and prepare and manage the workpapers that support financial statement disclosure.
This is a hands-on role well suited to someone who wants depth in consolidation, joint venture and structured entity accounting on a fast-moving program. You will prepare reconciliations and supporting workpapers for review, and work closely with teams across accounting, finance and legal. This role sits within the Leasing, Joint Venture, VIE and Construction Accounting team and reports to the Manager, JV & VIE Accounting.
