Job Summary

This position is responsible for developing and delivering market performance reporting, analytics, and actionable insights that support the Tennessee market’s strategic and operational objectives. The role partners with business leaders to understand reporting and analytical needs, translating business requirements into detailed report specifications and meaningful analyses that inform decision-making.
The individual collaborates across cross-functional teams to identify, investigate, and resolve operational issues impacting market performance. They are responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining datasets, dashboards, and reports using enterprise reporting tools to provide timely, accurate, and relevant information for stakeholders.
In addition, this role supports the evaluation of strategic initiatives by analyzing financial, operational, and membership data to identify opportunities, measure performance, and assess business outcomes. The position works closely with matrix partners across multiple departments to build strong relationships, align priorities, and ensure the delivery of high-quality analytical solutions.
Success in this role requires continuously expanding knowledge of the market’s data environment, business processes, and performance drivers to proactively meet evolving business needs. The individual is expected to provide support in identifying trends, patterns, and key insights within complex datasets, interpret findings, and communicate recommendations that drive informed decision-making and support the market’s overall performance and growth.

Required Job Qualifications:
* Bachelor Degree and 2 year experience in data analysis and information reporting data OR 4 year experience in data analysis and information reporting data.
* Analyze possible solutions using standard procedures to solve routine or basic problems.
* Use best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services.
* Solve complex problems with guidance.
* Produce data sets and reports for analysis using SQL, Excel or other reporting tools.
* Verify accuracy of reports and provide insights.
* Knowledge of SQL, SAS and/or Teradata or other reporting tools / languages.
* Work with both internal and external data
* Work on multiple projects simultaneously, both independently and as part of a team to accomplish goals.
* Learn needed skills by performing assigned work

Preferred Job Qualifications:
* Knowledge of healthcare industry preferred
* Knowledge of Medicare Advantage preferred

This a Flex (Hybrid) role: 3 days in office; 2 days work from home

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Base Pay Range

$61,500.00 - $136,100.00
