The Senior Associate HR Ops - Data Management serves as an experienced HR Operations professional responsible for processing and maintaining employee data across the HR lifecycle while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and data integrity within Workday. This role handles both routine and complex HR transactions, supports audits and reporting activities, resolves escalated requests, and partners with key stakeholders to deliver high-quality HR services.

In addition, the role requires supporting a wide range of HR administrative activities, including generating and processing HR forms, reviewing invoices, and administering reimbursement requests through Service Now tickets and Workday transactions. The Senior Associate acts as a subject matter resource for HR Operations processes, performs data validations and quality reviews, supports continuous process improvements, and contributes to operational excellence through effective collaboration, knowledge sharing, and adherence to service level commitments.

Job Responsibilities

• Process complex employee lifecycle transactions in Workday, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Process benefits and compliance life cycle actions in Workday and through Service Now tickets.
• Employee lifecycle administration and record maintenance.
• Administer Education and Health Club reimbursements related audit documentation.
• Support internal and external audit requests by providing accurate data and required documentation.
• Act as a SME for HR Operations processes and provide guidance to team members.
• Perform periodic data audits, reconciliations, and validations to maintain HR data integrity.
• Review and analyze transaction trends to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
• Assist with testing activities related to Workday enhancements, releases, and process improvements.
• Develop, maintain, and update process documentation, job aids, and standard operating procedures.
• Partner with Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, HR Business Partners, and other stakeholders to resolve complex data or transaction issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and customer experience through process improvements and automation.
