The Senior Business Unit Systems Analyst contributes broad experience and a high level of expertise in business processes and system functionality. The position is responsible for activities such as requirement gathering, research, analysis, testing, training, and documentation. This position provides operational and technical expertise and team leadership on major, complex initiatives.
Candidate will be responsible for being an active team contributor. This is a functional and technical position that will be actively involved in design and implementing system integrations and enhancements that promote efficiency, compliance, and growth.
What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?
Participate in designing, implementing, and supporting various aspects of Oracle General Ledger and Fixed Assets
Gather, organize, and document requirements
Analyze requirements and design solutions for approved projects and change requests of moderate to high complexity and risk
Participate in quality assurance testing, system integration testing and user acceptance testing for various aspects of Oracle General Ledger and Fixed Assets
Assist with system/data analysis and report solution development based on requirements
Implement solutions and provide system support
Follow Agile Practices to form high performing delivery teams
Responsible for maintaining team backlog to sustain platform health and drive continuous growth
Follow guidelines and work well within a team environment
Ensure team collaboration to work towards issue resolutions
What are the requirements needed for this position?
3-5 years of Business Analyst, Project Management or similar experience
3+ years of experience working with Enterprise Financial ERP systems (ex: Oracle Financials, PeopleSoft, JDE, etc.)
3+ years of technology, accounting, or finance experience
3+ years working with General Ledger and Fixed Assets modules, month-end and year-end closing activities, creating and maintaining ledger setups
Familiarity with IT general controls (ITGC)
Understanding of data conversion and system integration
Familiarity with Agile methodology, values, principles, framework, and practices
Familiarity with technology tools such as: SQL, API, ETL / SSIS, ODI, data marts, .NET, etc.
What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting , Information Technology, or equivalent work experience
3+ years of experience working with Oracle Financials Cloud General Ledger and Fixed Assets module
Great interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to juggle multiple high-priority projects
Proficiency with business system design/ modeling, documentation and analysis techniques, and testing methodologies

Pay Range:
$74,600.00 - $124,700.00Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
