The Senior Director, Origination & Underwriting Solutions Management is accountable for the global strategy, financial performance, product management, and delivery execution of the Commercial Lending Origination and Underwriting portfolio. The role owns the end-to-end lifecycle for Loan Origination, Credit Assessment, Underwriting, and related AI-enabled lending capabilities, with responsibility for growth, innovation, client outcomes, and operational excellence across Tier 1 and Tier 2 financial institutions globally.
Reporting directly to the SVP, Solution Leader Product, this leader will operate as the general manager for the portfolio - balancing market opportunity, customer needs, financial commitments, roadmap priorities, technology modernization, regulatory expectations, and delivery performance.

Represent the business with senior client executives and ensure that product and delivery decisions reflect the needs of sophisticated commercial lenders.
Build and lead a high-performing global team with a culture of accountability, customer focus, innovation, inclusion, and disciplined execution.
