Job Description Summary

Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams in the successful execution of customer projects, ensuring technical excellence, effective stakeholder management, and on-time delivery. Serve as the primary engineering focal point, driving collaboration across functions, managing project risks, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams, ensuring integrated deliverables and alignment with project schedules and milestones;

• Serve as the technical leader for projects, driving decision-making and managing interfaces between engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and customers;

• Proactively identify and manage project risks, implementing mitigation plans and ensuring effective change management throughout project execution;

• Ensure compliance with quality standards, EHS requirements, internal procedures, and engineering best practices across all project phases;

• Represent the Engineering function in project reviews and stakeholder meetings, providing clear progress updates, performance metrics, and technical support to site execution teams.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering;

• Proven experience in Project Engineering Management or a similar leadership role within engineering projects;

• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal;

• Strong experience leading multidisciplinary teams and collaborating with multiple internal and external stakeholders;

• Solid knowledge of project lifecycle management, risk management, technical interfaces, and change control processes.
