Essential Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams, ensuring integrated deliverables and alignment with project schedules and milestones;
Serve as the technical leader for projects, driving decision-making and managing interfaces between engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and customers;
Proactively identify and manage project risks, implementing mitigation plans and ensuring effective change management throughout project execution;
Ensure compliance with quality standards, EHS requirements, internal procedures, and engineering best practices across all project phases;
Represent the Engineering function in project reviews and stakeholder meetings, providing clear progress updates, performance metrics, and technical support to site execution teams.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering;
Proven experience in Project Engineering Management or a similar leadership role within engineering projects;
Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal;
Strong experience leading multidisciplinary teams and collaborating with multiple internal and external stakeholders;
Solid knowledge of project lifecycle management, risk management, technical interfaces, and change control processes.
