Job Description Summary

Regional engineering Leader is a cross-functional engineering discipline centered on an approach, mindset, and process. All activities that consider both the business and the technical needs of the customers with the goal of providing a quality product that meets the users needs. The discipline that executes a robust process of design, creation, and optimization of systems, consisting of identification and quantification of system requirements, creation of alternate system design concepts, performance of design trade studies, selection and implementation of the best designs and verification that the design is properly integrated and executed. Process that proceeds from concept to production to operation.
Impacts the team’s ability to achieve service, quality and timeliness of objectives. The role is subject to operating policy objectives. There is moderate autonomy within the role. High levels of operational judgment are required to achieve outcomes required.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

• Lead & Drive the PEM team and Engineering project execution

• Main Engineering representative for Project and Value chain;

• Support COEs leaders and sub-leaders to achieve Engineering priorities

• Drive and control engineering performance for HLA project – Main engineering leader for MPRs, PMRs and MORs.

• Develop for main customers robust intimacy to support PEM and drive Engineering execution plan

• Manage local Engineering HLA team members for Regional purpose

Required Qualification

• Engineering degree

• Strong communication skills; Fluent in English

• Robust and recognized leadership;

• Good level of maturity / Sense of anticipation / resilience

• Successful experience in management of extended Engineering team
