1. Identifying areas for improvement and optimization of resources through Industry 4.0 / smart factory technologies.

2. Conduct research into new robotic technologies and apply them to create innovative systems or enhance existing capabilities. 

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams of different plants, including production, maintenance, and IT, to ensure seamless integration of new developments with existing systems while adhering to cybersecurity measures.

4. Provide training and support to shop floor personnel for the successful adoption of new technologies, ensuring a smooth transition and optimal utilization.

5. Vendor onboarding and proposal management
