Who We Are

Zenni is proud to be the Official Eyewear of the San Francisco 49ers, Columbus Crew, Monster Jam, WWE, Team Liquid, and more. Zenni has collaborated with designers and tastemakers on exclusive collections, including Chase Stokes and George and Claire Kittle. For more information, visit zenni.com.
You know the moment when a creator posts about a brand and it just lands. It feels like them. Their audience leans in. The brand gets to be part of something it never could have scripted. We're hiring the person who makes more of those moments happen for Zenni.
As our Sr. Influencer Coordinator, you'll run creator campaigns from first idea to final report. You'll find creators who fit what we're building, write briefs that give them room to be themselves, review the content, and show our leaders what worked and why.
You'll report to our Manager, Influencer, and sit on a small, fast-growing team.
Where you'll work
This is a hybrid role based in Los Angeles. Our creator events, shoots, and team days happen at and around our Arts District office, and you'll be there roughly twice a month. The rest of the time, you'll work from wherever you do your best work.
We're hoping to find someone who already lives in LA or within about 45 to 60 minutes of the office. That isn't about clocking in. It's because this job is built around people, and so much of the creator world runs through this city. When a creator wants to grab coffee, when an event needs a last-minute hand, when something is happening on Melrose that we should be part of, we want you close enough to say yes.

At Zenni Optical, people remain the heart of our mission, even as we embrace technology that moves us forward. While we recognize the immense promise of AI, we are equally mindful of its limitations and use these tools strictly to assist our Talent Acquisition team rather than replace human judgment. We utilize AI tools as a collaborative partner to create content–such as job descriptions, interview questions, and outreach messaging–and review resumes, but we maintain a firm commitment to human-led hiring where AI never makes a final decision. Every selection is determined by a member of our team to ensure every candidate is personally valued by a human rather than an algorithm.
We look forward to hearing from you!
We strive to build a diverse team of individuals with a broad range of experience and perspectives. We encourage you to apply even if you don’t feel you meet all the qualifications.
