About Us: We are at the forefront of electric vehicle innovation and we’re looking for a highly motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our team. If you are passionate about pushing the boundaries of technology and thrive on solving complex challenges, we want to hear from you.
Role Overview: As a member of our High Voltage (HV) Design team, you will lead the development of next-generation high voltage power electronics that directly impact vehicle charging performance, efficiency, cost, reliability, and customer experience across future Lucid vehicle platforms. You will investigate electro-mechanical challenges and implement innovative solutions. You will drive every stage of the process, from concept to production, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create solutions that bolster Lucid’s engineering dominance in the EV world. Compensation & Benefits: Lucid offers a comprehensive and competitive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance; life and disability coverage; paid time off; paid holidays, paid sick leave; and a 401(k) retirement plan. Hourly/non-exempt employees accrue up to 120 hours paid time off, and salaried/exempt employee accrue up to 160 hours paid time off. Eligible employees may also participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual cash incentive program. Incentive and equity awards, if applicable, are determined based on individual performance, role scope, market considerations, and overall company results, in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
