About the Role

Join our innovative digital bank as a Senior Product Designer and help shape the future of banking with user-friendly, beautiful digital experiences. You’ll lead the design of our mobile and web platforms, working closely with product managers, engineers, and other teams to create seamless, impactful products. We’re looking for a creative leader with strong UI/UX skills, a passion for user research, and the ability to guide and inspire others.

 

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll drive exceptional design, strategic planning, and team collaboration. Below are your areas of focus:

 

1. Great Design and Creativity

Create stunning, consistent designs that make banking simple and enjoyable for our users  

• Use and improve our design systems to keep it looking cohesive  
• Build smooth user flows across apps and websites  
• Spot and fix design issues, like errors or clashing features  
• Follow existing design patterns and create new ones when needed, sharing them with the team

1. Research, Planning and Process

Use data and smart planning to ensure our products meet user and business needs  

• Start projects by identifying key user data to collect  
• Work with research and data teams to study users, test ideas, and share insights  
• Help plan product features and goals with business and tech teams  
• Ensure designs align with clear, measurable business objectives  
• Follow and improve our design process, adapting steps for better results  

1. Leadership, Teaching and Teamwork

You lead by example, mentor designers, and work closely with business and tech teams to deliver great products  

• Clearly communicate complex ideas—whether in meetings or writing—while ensuring that discussions remain focused and productive 
• Take ownership of business challenges and guide your team through the right processes to solve them effectively.
• Foster a relaxed and open environment where casual conversations can spark new ideas, helping to nurture and grow the talents within the team
• Give helpful feedback to improve designs and support team growth  
• Mentor other designers on how to use the design process to solve problems effectively
• Work with leads to prioritize feedback and keep projects moving forward

 

What you need to have

• Minimum 8 years of experience in UI/UX for digital products (fintech or banking experience is a plus)  
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design, visual excellence, and cross-platform solutions  
• Skilled in conducting user research and transforming insights into practical design solutions, while effectively communicating the narrative to stakeholders who have no prior knowledge of the project.  
• Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills
