We want you to get the chance to know us in the interview process and for us to learn as much as we can about you, too. While we are an AI first company, this does mean we prohibit any AI tooling during the interview process unless otherwise explicitly allowed (such as large language models, code suggestion software, or AI assistants) to generate, refine, or suggest answers, solutions, or code, regardless of the format (written, spoken, or coded). We want to get to know you, your experiences, and qualifications genuinely and directly and the best way to do this is to keep it just between us.
