• Enable Reliable CI/CD: You’ll ensure automated tests are integrated into software builds and execute reliably within continuous integration systems, helping teams move toward faster and more consistent delivery.
• Shape QE Strategy: You’ll partner with developers, architects, product owners, and other QEs to design and document testing roadmaps and establish a shared quality vision across initiatives.
• Lead Across Teams: You’ll work across multiple tracks and product areas, bringing consistency to testing practices, tooling, release readiness, and quality standards while proactively communicating risks and gaps.
• Elevate Engineering Standards: You’ll review and approve code and tests written by other SDETs for style, consistency, and adherence to BECU standards while partnering with senior engineers to help evolve those standards.
