At least 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including a minimum of 3 years in consulting, professional services, or another environment where talent capacity directly affects revenue delivery.
A demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets, supported by measurable hiring performance results.
Experience recruiting across multiple seniority levels, from campus and early-career candidates to experienced professionals and senior leaders.
Proven ability to identify, engage, assess, and close passive candidates in competitive talent markets.
Strong financial and commercial acumen, including familiarity with recruiting budgets, agency fee structures, compensation benchmarking, and the relationship between hiring decisions and business profitability.
