Position Summary
The NA Services Business (NASB) has grown significantly, cultivating a best-in-class Connected TV (CTV) ecosystem. The Technical Account Management (TAM) function in the NASB Partnerships Group has been tasked with driving technical success for a growing portfolio of strategic content partners and product integrations.Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you will master the processes and frameworks used across multiple cross-functional teams. You will apply both business and technical acumen in a fast-paced, dynamic, and innovative environment. Our ideal candidate possesses a passion for learning, strong technical critical thinking skills, and is excited to be the trusted advisor for our Top Tier Partners.
You will own the relationship from a technical standpoint and serve as the face of Samsung to the Content Partner and their development teams. You will advocate for the partner internally, seek collaborations and solutions, and drive business priorities to ensure partner alignment and timely execution of new feature launches. You will also represent the TAM team on various internal Special Projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve and create new processes for our Partners and other internal stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications
Compensation for this role, for candidates based in New York City, NY is expected to be between $160,000 to $175,000. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
